ASX approval.
I find it very interesting that Mits and the CNQ Board have gained approval from the ASX.
CNQ currently has a market cap of $38Mil AUD. The loan is for $15 Mil USD being $19.7 Mil AUD @ $0.76 that’s over 50% of CNQ market cap.
So I assume the ASX are happy with a loan, which is over 50% of CNQ’s Market cap????
Note the AGM approved a capital injection of 10%.
