I don't believe we should get any news from NEA about progress as thy might be looking at alternative legal options and shareholders knowing will result in the competitors knowing what going on or proposed as tactics. So don't let any moves surprise or concern anyone at NEA. Sfi should be worrying themselves if they got something to hide imo. NEA ha lots of competitors in USA but it not worry about those hundreds of competitors it might even be able to collaborate with, yet some NEA shareholders appear spooked by sfi is puzzling to say the least especially as they not even easily found or even started business yet.
