Ha ha, very funny Freehold. You state that you're bringing "much needed balance to the universe". What is that? Something akin to being on a mission from god?

More like you are suffering from something like American writer and intellectual Gore Vidal states:

"Whenever a friend succeeds, a little something in me dies"........ Gore Vidal 1973.

SYR is still a speculative stock. All spec stocks are driven by sentiment more so than anything else. That is why your 14x questions are inane and drew my flippant multiples.

At the SYR AGM, the MD predicted that the DFS was most likely to be delivered at the end of 1Q15 due to the need to match product with the technical specifications of specific offtakers. He further stated that SYR will not be taking any shortcuts and if it takes longer than that it will be because he wants to ensure "all the T's are crossed". He forgot to add the dotting of the i's in making that statement. lol

The longer the DFS takes then the more likely that sentiment will suffer an adverse impact. Duh. That is all short term noise. The SP will go up on positive impacts to sentiment and down on negative impacts to sentiment until production begins and revenues commence.

Sentiment shifts are all very important stuff to traders and technical analysis helps with that stuff. However, it is much less important for investors with a longer term view if it is apparent that a shift is not a permanent downturn. Future earnings is what matters to investors and at this stage we all await the clarity of the DFS to determine that fundamental matter. There are no shortcuts like some poorly managed companies are tempted to take.

A DFS cannot be announced on the ASX until "economic viability" is probable. For extractive industries that do not have a spot market to prove capability of sales they must rely on offtakes and agreements to show this probability. That brings in a whole lot of extra moving parts.

So, I don't know where you got the opinion that it normally takes about 6 months to complete a DFS for graphite mining? How many graphite DFS or in old lingo BFS have you read? The only one I have seen on the ASX is VXL and that left more questions than answers. Consequently it suffered a SP decrease as a follow on.

There are no predetermined or normal time frames for producing a DFS in the graphite market. Each arrangement is specific to its own merits. A PFS is more likely to take 6 months. Doing a PFS can aid the speeding up of the follow on DFS because much of the resource evaluation, metallurgy and engineering stuff is already covered in a PFS.

LMB? That turned out to be a debacle due mainly to misrepresentations by the other party. Don't see the relevance of your question unless other parties to any deals with SYR turn out to be misrepresenting. If so, the fate will be the same. Nice red herring!

Now, how about all the facts I have posted that you mostly ignore. For instance, you avoid discussing the binding offtake and the other two MOUs. Plus, you conveniently ignore commenting on the link to the announcement about a SYR potential customer achieving 99.3% purity from simple flotation process. After all, you didn't believe me and asked me to prove it by posting a link. I did................. and all I hear is crickets.

And............. the definition of hypocrisy for HC.

Downramping on SYR threads is just discussing the positives and the negatives, but discussing the positives and negatives on the TON threads is just downramping.

    Cheers
