But if you buy a stock early the risks are also elevated.

(In fact, often it is the invisible hand of Risk that makes the stock price seem "artificially low" when that is, in fact, not the case. So just because someone says a share price is artificially low, that doesn't make it so...no matter if it a broking analyst, HotCopper poster or even company management that says it. Sometimes...actually, mostly, the Market is a petty good arbiter of appropriate valuations. Not always, but mostly.)
