You might get some minor news by way of annc but as I stated when Ross Macdonald gave up 40 + mins of his valuable time to reassure me
in respect to a few questions I had , he did say when a deal is done it will be a TH. then the annc to follow, theres some board members with very good creds on board , and a real deal maker on board. he also said while every comp has risk he thought the value was 10 x + so I tend to think most CEOs very guarded when asked about future values so draw your own conclusions but he seems very positive about the future.
