can all posters give their opinion on who and what is to gain on another instance of sell down today. 3000 @ 48.5cents at 4.15pm.
i am of the opinion that there could be a management buy out under consideration, and all small shareholders would be forced to accept an assessed price and not what the market would pay. if there is a take over offer the larger shareholders could combine , block it and offer a nominal sum based on previous sp,s. a takeover candidate would probably not be interested in 30 to 40% holding and not offer a better price.
to get the share price up we need a large institutional long term holder, and an early dividend
i have not replied to the vote request on the oppies as per previous post, but like all await some good news from this meeting.
