I think too that not many traders, if any in fact, would not be holding as the gamble would have been too risky. No idea as to what was going on behind the scenes! Therefore, the sell side may be pretty skinny on Monday and buyers will have to chase.

It's funny. 3 years ago I engaged with Rowscoe here about how the gold might save our skins. At the time the hullabaloo was copper and SFR. That's what RNI was seeking, trying to find another deGrussa or 4, then the gold ( but with a hint of copper potential in the wind courtesy of Megadennis and damoB) plant etc. was bought. It seemed at the time that it was going to be just an adjunct to the copper, but for some reason I made that comment.
