MCP large debt relative to prospective earnings. warning signals in last release about cost pressures.
Nothing wrong with debt restructuring but, debt is a burden and if not used for expansion and growth, it will be a millstone on earnings and dividends.
Sold out this week and will watch with interest over the next few months.
IMO, the SP will be rerated down by the market and might provide good opportunity for canny buyers at sub $1
