Good time to be a ligation lawyer up here. I know a couple of people involved in the development side of things ( larger scale housing and commercial ) and they have both said the same thing. People wanting to or trying to get out of future developments which they committed to before the election. It's only anecdotal and may not represent anything meaningful but this is the problem you have when the public choose to protest vote. In the end its always the voter who loses out , it's just that some of them are too stupid to realise it.
