Was kicked out of ASX300 on friday. Hence the selling. Was a great opportunity to get in. I did. The JV debt is a concern, but big insider buying at Mdl and ILU tells you all you need to know. ILUs CEO rob lord has been a canny insider. The ILU annual report, was out last week and is worth a read, discussing the improving demand supply balance.
This could go to zero given ramp up and debt risks. But could also go to 5.00 over the next couple of years if mineral sands market tightens as flagged. Worth a chunky punt i think.
