I am all for indigineous rights and locals benefiting from mining as its a dirty game. If management were smart they could turn this negative into a positive and throw another shrimp on the barbie mate. Once they get there money from this one they will probably pull the water pollution trick as well but these are the costs of doing business overseas. Usually better cost structures but more risk thrown in too. That's why I like SAR and NST easy money and fairly predictable.
