I tend to agree your observations & sentiment. The company does face serious competition from the likes of the unstoppable Vocus and Equinix. Don't get me wrong, to date NXT have done extremely well in Australia, but I get the feeling the competition is hotting up and new opportunities will be harder to secure. I recall reading somewhere that Vocus runs something like 17 data centers now.

NXT really needs to expand overseas to thrive. Considering they have only just started making a small profit last quarter, I'd love to hear how they intend to fund such expansion. For instance if they intend to conduct a capital raising they really need to do it soon to take advantage of the share price trading at all time highs.
