re: placement at 74c... Why do companies:
1. Buy back shares they dont need to?
2. Have placements when they dont need the cash ?
3. Have S/P's that strangely run up on 'no' news?
Might be completely wrong , but that 'shadow' in the water may not be a reef..... imo .
