I did not say it was WAM that was shorting. In fact they only do a miniscule amount of shorting.

WAM is very well managed, has an increasing stream of dividends which are fully franked & currently have a grossed up yield of 10% based on the current interim dividend & the intention to match it for the final dividend.

The current WAM share price is cum dividend (ex div 20/4).
If you want a lower entry price then wait for them to go ex div although I cannot see the point.

WAM is the perfect stock for an investor, particularly one with his or her's own SMSF.
If you are a trader then forget it.

If you want to gamble on a sure thing have a look at SMN. The big announcement of FAA approval for their technology is expected in the third quarter of this calendar year.
