Disregarding issues about the share divestiture/notice.
I don't outright agree on some of the other sentiment. 2011 to 2015 is a pretty solid stretch which has seen the company move from having no Data Centres or Revenue to where it is today with the Data Centres built and just turning Cash Flow positive. That's a significant business cycle, I have no issue with someone only staying for that period if that's where their experience or value lies. Renewal is good and brings new opportunities, you don't want people to hang around for the sake of it.
