He was put in by Walker when QRX failed FDA hurdle and the share price plummeted. There to provide expertise on wrap up of IP I think, helping the old fulla/Hancox out of a jam IMO.
The two companies share an investor/Walker. No link between their technologies, which is fortunate for the NEU investors.
