If someone is fighting for the Afghani government (the Taliban) against the Northern Alliance then they all should be locked up forever? Or just the white ones?
Or should we just say that the world has no borders and pick and choose who we arrest?
Or say someone fighting against the Northern Alliance really meant to be blowing up planes?
Of course it may be true but if it was why would you be trying to convict someone in a sham trial? When the evidence is ssssoooo conclusive.
