Any advice please

    Any advice please for a Mortgagee who has come into enough $ to pay off my Mortgage or is it best to put $300k in to some offset account to pay the interest off daily.
    I was always told reduce debt but I am not going to come into this type of money again, so are there any advice givers please on how I could retain the $ but at the same time pay off the mortgage with out incurring the interest?
