if you have looked at the financials of health.com.au, the inability to refi is not really a surprise:
1. surely the solvency of health.com.au is not now in question?
2. surely not for such an important related party transaction?
3. surely Lesley Webb, Damian Waller, Andy Sheats & previously Matt McCann can vouch for each other, can't they?

or are they just going to ask ISU shareholders to fill a potentially massive funding and earnings gap so their personal investments are not compromised. I remain a very interested spectator in ISUck.
