Do you really think RCF, a 36% shareholder which is a US$Billion+ fund and which has participated in EVERY raise at market (no discounts), will see the company unfunded??

They've demonstrated a consistent and affirmative view on that for quite some time some time.

That the existing smaller shareholders were short of cash for a rights issue at Xmas in a downward spiralling Bear Market isn't a surprise either is it?
