Interesting to see market depth, sellers are further drying up.
Citi has mostly sold out as far as I remember. (if anyone has access to the most recent numbers, if they could post please)
Still low on buyers however.
It seems a lot of people are concerned regarding spending, and using up cash reserves.
I am hoping that we dont burn through the cash very quickly. We are profiting about $15mil a year without these expansion expenses. Last year, even with expansion and paying off a lot of debt we still ended positive by about $6mil. So hopefully with a full year of expansion we may be able to retain the majority of the savings.
Acquisition of new business may take a big chunk, but hopefully it will translate to significant increase in revenue and profits in a short time.
