Rights Issue

The announcement from 16/3 indicated the Offer document would be dispatched today. The offer is scheduled to close on 8 April. Whilst the offer is underwritten, it is not a good look for MPJ if very few shareholders take up their entitlements, and may cause the Underwriter to not underwrite future issues.

For that reason, I would not be surprised to see news in the coming days, to try to lure in shareholders.

I will not be taking up my entitlement, but am interested to see how it goes.
