- whether "clearance of funds" has occurred?

Rabooth, some relevant history re CRs, and the last 2 before this one that has us tenterhooks.

1. 18/12 TH. 22/12 Ann. 30/12 s708A. 6/1 BlueCrest notice (change in substantial holding)

2. 12/2 TH. Ann 16.2. 19/2 s708A. No BC Notice (????).

So with '1' it was 8 days (but with Christmas hols) and with '2' it was 3 days from the Ann to the S708A Notice. The norm is 3-4 days

This week's Ann 23 /3, so I'd expect the S708A either today or tomorrow. Then there will be the required Notice from the new Substantial Holder to come after that.
