Nice how you didn't answer the question about your ' professional opinion ' .

    Anywhoo...

    1. Where is the evidence that housing prices are 10 times the norm ? Please post the actual data .

    2. Private debt seems to be managed at the moment . Please post the actual data you have taken that from so we can examine it in context .

    3. Regards an increase in investors getting into property investment . In case you haven't noticed , superannuation rules have changed a lot the last few years . Further to that , the govt keeps telling us that we are going to have to support ourselves in the future , hence the change in investment strategies . Could this actually be the new norm because people are now investing in their own retirement funds ? Maybe the market is changing ? Who woulda thunk it ?

    4. If , if , if .

    5. That one doesn't make sense .

    6. No one is saying that property won't correct . In fact , the regular bulls on here have predicted that some of these hot markets will slow down and have stated that they hope they do as they believe this growth is unsustainable in certain areas . If you'd had been reading this forum for more than a couple of weeks you might have read that .

And finally , don't forget to post your profession . You have stated that you have way more experience than the posters on here so I for one wouldn't mind seeing your bona fides .
