I think he means just pure value plus time premium given long life of them
So 23.5c = 3.5c value + hes saying 1.5c time premium to get 5c
I think Giz is definately onto something here though as if the shares were to rise 20-25% from here to 30c the options should rise 250%-300% to 10c-12c
