Thought it might be time to think about some positive share price catalysts on the horizon based on company information.

I was looking at the anns of 21 August 2014 and 24 March 2015.

In the ann for 24 March 2015 the co made two, IMO, critical comments.

One is that planning is underway for FY 16 base metals mining and production targets. Once this is completed and released, IMO this will have an immediate impact on sp as we will know - for the first time - what to expect and the impact on co earnings. Company analysts will also have this info and may start to post positive analysis and messages on CSD.

The second, and IMO, more critical comment was that the Mt Garnet Tin Fuming Test Facility was commissioned on 18March 2015 and would provide process information for the upcoming DFS as well as drive future tin fuming optimisations and development of the Pinnacle Project. It should be noted that Mr Proctor (the newly appointed Mgr Project Development) is currently managing a team looking at upgrade of the Mt Garnet Tin Concentrator and also working on DFS.

I do not think that concentration on base metals in the first instance is accidental. It is fortuitous that it coincides with resurgence in base metals. I think this was a fall-back position as the co has a plan for mining tin which is under wraps?? Perhaps it has something to do with a more revolutionary process???

The key thing is the agreement with Yunnan Tin which has three stages to it. The first is where they will provide advice and information on the geology, metallurgy and reduction roasting / tin fuming technology as part of progressing the DFS. Depending on this stage CSD may enter into an agreement where Yunnan Tin may conduct laboratory scale tests on tin ore samples followed by third stage of pilot scale industrial testing.

In summary, IMO, tin is still the main game but they will take their time and, in the meantime, have an excellent highly profitable base metals project to go on with. This will be maintained in the longer term but will, IMO, play second fiddle to tin!!

IMO as the info on tin mining is progressively released they will act as a catalyst for the sp - AT EACH STAGE of release.

    All IMOO and pls DYOR!!

Perhaps HC members may have other thoughts and ideas on positive sp catalysts?
