Final completion of transfer of shares to SPI in escrow and assets to csd is the big one. 5c is what the transaction is worth to SPI (correct me if im wrong) and until the final transfers take place I believe the share price will hover around that price, as has proven to be the case since mid jan. I think the SP is being manipulated to stay around that price too, as to not jeopardise the final transaction. So anything under 5c id be buying.

Also, the company has said a name change. I think if this were to happen and the 'tin' was taken out of consolidated tin mines, it would open us up to a lot more investors as the focus would not be solely on tin. Especially with tin prices as low as they are. Ie, not that it should be focused on any metal, but if we were called consolidated zinc mines right now wed be flying a lot more than with tin. A multi-metals name or something I don't know.

Then obviously there are

-Drilling campaign
-DFS
-Quarterly (which will indicate profit)

Having said all this, nothing is guaranteed and as long as ive been with csd and thought certain announcements would come out and things would pan out a certain way and wed be off to the races.........well here we are at 5c

The % holding of SPI is an issue for many too. I ve spoken to a lot of people about investing in CSD and they see it as a great little prospect and then when they see the issue of shares to SPI it scares them.
Still positive on this stock.

This isn't gonna happen over night, but I thing if your prepared to hold for at least a year or so from here then your likely to see some decent gains. 3 years from now I think you'll see multi x multibag. But it aint easy holding a significant amount of shares in a spec priced company for such a period. Especially when you've held for 3.5 years like I have.
