Hi Bergo, if I was doing an estimate and I knew a variable was at an recent time low, I would not use that recent time low figure in my estimate, perhaps looking at recent average prices instead. But, that being said, I have no idea what these fancy consultant types would do, I have had a quick look thru that other mobs scoping study but did not see any assumption variables on oil price that was used.
DO you or anyone else know the distance by road from the mine gate of each to the Port, I would assume this will account for the bulk of any actual differences in ex mine gate costs to Pemba once they are both in production. All just IMHO. Hoping Tobyjack may be able to help with the distances.
