    We initiate on Alexium with a BUY recommendation with a price target of
    $1.10/share based on our EV/EBITDA valuation range of 13-15x FY16.
     Catalysts for the stock will include ongoing contract wins in the commercial
    sector, the inclusion in the US Army’s next generation FRACU program and
    demonstration of quarterly revenue growth.
