Perhaps a Chinese graphite major has taken a position in TON for the remaining 10% of Grafex?
Chinese Co buys 10% of TON for $10M which is used by TON to buy out the remaining 10% of Grafex.
Speculation at this stage but certainly within the realms of possibility.
