It say we got little benefit out of the mining boom. We got plenty. The national wealth of almost everyone rose. Government coffers overflowed. Imports got cheaper, because apparently the mining boom caused the dollar to rise. Everyone got richer.
Anyone complaining about how much money these greedy miners are making, are free to purchase shares in them, and share the spoils.
But no, you socialists want all the spoils without putting in any of your own money.
