It's been a battle of centre accumulation between G8 and Affinity for the past 15 months.
IMO any centre with occupancy under 85% has a problem. Both corporates have centres trading well under that figure at the moment. Either rectify the issues that are causing low occupancy levels or offload the centres. If they have purchased centres with occupancy levels of 95% and in either, one to two years, those centres are trading around 70%, there is a problem.
Both corporates awarding directors large salary increases and bonuses, large payments to related parties - the ghost of ABC walking the corridors of corporate childcare in 2015.
