Sorry HCT but an inadequate response to a major problem.
If it's any consolation, three other boards I visit are out of control [SH], over controlled [Egoli] or forgotten [oZestock].
This forum needs a more hands on approach. I get the impression it is an "after hours sideline". If so it is doomed.
