Could I get confirmation that the CR for this 'merger' will be done by Rights Issue to existing Fortunis Shareholders? Also in your list of restructures is there any peers to FOT? maybe @Fibonarchery ?

I note on the List mostly under 2 cent shares. Of course it's due to the 're structuring' bias in the list. Such shells floated years ago at 20 cents in some other Sector but diluted themselves down, failed and are left with their only asset being a 'listed' company.
This is NOT the Fortunis FOT set up FOT already has some Ca$h, it is fully capable of Raising further Venture Capital from it's Existing Shareholders. It's Mgt of John Rubino from MND gives it a 'history' of Tight Register, Financial Prudence [eg No Directors at the Trough] and just an all round Solidity that IMO makes this a Genuine DY Super Long Term Hold Speccie.
That's why I've stupidly recommended it to some friends, very good friends.
