Yes opportunistic but the BKN board have not done a very good job for creating value for holders in recent times. The last deal fell through above $5 and now $2.50 has been rejected by these clowns. It may very well go down even more before another offer comes and considering their debt if they do not get a deal through they will be hitting shareholders up for more capital.
