1. Whats does A Bottom Draw mean...
2. Why to do people put stocks in the bottom Draw

I'll answer no.1

When people refer to putting a stock in the "Bottom Draw" it suggests the are going to hold a stock for the mid to long term regardless of volatility and return to the that stock some time in the distant future in the hope that it has massively increased in value ... The key word here is "Hope"
