MNS vs TON, page-59

I've done a fair bit of reading up and I would be seriously concerned if I was a TON holder, especially long term. Everything you read just doesn't add up or make sense. I believe the deal is a sign of desperation from TON to get some form of contract in place to appease the SH's and their top20 holders.
There is no way I would invest $1 in this company........
They haven't been able to get any interest from credible companies to buy their product, so have taken the next best thing which is very dangerous. I can't believe the holders over there cannot see it, it really isn't that hard. I know holding creates emotions to look past these issues, but it's money, not a relationship.
This is going to end in tears in a year or two.......
