Good point Litigant.
I've been thinking the same so could be a big one off win. My understanding is the maintenance is all current and there certainly won't be a cash pay out required for this amount.
The one thing I'm not sure about though is whether Fortescue has a right (or will try) to just offset this amount against receivables owed to MAH.
