I spent a little time looking and couldnt really see any ocmpany that fits nicely for a merger. The only takeover I could envisage would be OSH. I am not convinced that would happen - although I would love it to.
I think a single holder with 28+% makes a takeover less likely unless it is from that holder.
As a few people have mentioned before me I think the only hope for holders is to refinance debt and do a deal with OSH to get gas flowing somewhere.
