Given the somewhat exponential growth in production of lithium based batteries it will be very interesting to see how all this plays out. Companies will be looking to lock in a stable and constant supply of lithium before any more giga type factories are built.

Its calm at the moment, however by the time the entire pilgangoora drilling campaign has been completed and and feasibility studies are lodged these same companies will be looking to lock in a multi year supply as well disrupt their competitors. I really don't believe we will still be around by 2017. The resource is simply too valuable and other international interests would not be keen on letting another major deposit be purchased and locked away by China based companies. These China based companies though may eventually contemplate buying out PLS and simply leave Pilgangoora undeveloped until the resources at the existing other tenements have been depleted. Like a game of chess its all very tactical and only the opening first few moves have been played.
