    New rules have come out regarding printing of race fields in Vic.
    They want online bookmakers to pay a tax on turnover for the printing of race fields just like the rails/on course guys do.
    This shall have an impact on the bottom line if it goes through.

    That and the court case will hold this one back for a while.
    The court case could drag on for years, so i will be watching with interest the fight between the Vic racing mob and IAS.
