I appreciate your sentiments but my two earlier posts go a bit beyond halal vs non-halal food. My main point is that the people and interests who are behind the Rise Up Australia party and Reclaim Australia protests are not Australian. They are foreign. When you have foreign interests and politics seeking to create fear and disunity within our own country and to pit Australian v Australian (in the streets no less) whilst covertly inserting their own extremist agenda, in my view, is both insidious as well as subversive. I hope the AFP and ASIO are paying as close attention to these people and their backers as they are to fundamentalists of any kind who wish to cause fear and harm to Australian citizens, whatever their background, creed or religion.
