On face value, pretty clear to me. What I don't understand and to your point is what do these guys expect to happen in the next 24 hours which is different to last week. A wet signature on the PF contract.?
Be sure that the outcome was in play 2 weeks ago IMHO. So what is it?
Or may be not....Perhaps another T extension and another CR from SI's, or Sayonara. Or the wet signatures on the contract. The BOD knows that's for sure.
