Starmanwin, most of us are in this share game to look after ourselves. As a holder of expired options, I am in favour of the new share+option issue to me. If it's not voted in, then NEO will have to find another way to raise capital. But anyway, the issue is going to a vote, so it will be a democratic decision.

On current prices, it must still be a good deal, to spend 2.5c and get a share plus half option worth 3.25c, a 30% profit. I can't see the underwriter getting many at the moment.
