Pilsner - spent some time looking at those charts of the Australian Dollar/Yen. You mention that you expect the carry-trade to continue putting money into Australia. Wouldn't that tend to boost our market? I always worry when I think the carry-trade encourages them to sell Australian shares to repatriate the funds.
