I still find it really interesting that Q/H have been granted an extension in time to prepare for the trial. If my memory serves me correctly, weren't there some comments earlier on by the judge about it being possible to expedite this trial??

What legitimate reason would Q/H for delaying? And, surely AGS would have to be supremely confident they'll win for them not to object as the longer something drags on, the more chance someone has of pulling a rabbit out of the hat to win the case?

Whatever the case, I'm as frustrated as the next person and knowing my luck it will all be sorted while I'm on holiday and can't follow the goings on.
