IVX was sitting pretty. They had access to ample (dilutive) funds via Lind agreement, but decided to light a fuse and move to a smaller, more dilutive placement + undilutive rights issue and set the company on a very short path to either success or fail. What caused them to light the fuse? What news came their way?
The key barometer will be to see what directors take part in the rights issue, and whether the major shareholder dr garner participates after his recent sell down.
