News: Promesa Limited set to reveal acquisition

    Promesa Limited (ASX:PRA) has been granted a trading halt by the ASX pending details of an acquisition.

    Earlier in the month Promesa negotiated convertible loan agreements with sophisticated professional investors in relation to the placement of up to $900,000.

    These loans will be put for conversion to the shareholders at the next General Meeting.

    The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Monday 13th April 2015, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
