well, that would be expected when you have the highest population growth in the world wouldn't it.
All it means is more pollution, higher costs, less infrastructure quality --
basically, in 20 years if you want a better quality of life you will have to move to Mumbai.
Why in the name of god would anyone want to live like that and pay over a million for the privilege?
