Hains could actually buy the company himself. There is nothing to stop him making a bid, but he wont get control with a low ball bid and no one willl have a tilt until the license is granted imo. The stock owes the big guys north of 70c for starters. This is just in a quiet period with limited interest but the right people own stock. The big guys are already on the register and the right management team is putting this together. None of these guys are in a hurry because they are already set and the company has the cash to get into production. They know they can step in when they want and buy more. People are just lucky to be able to buy this at these prices and it wont last.
